Payment & Billing Policy

This policy explains how charges are displayed and processed for purchases through Juneria.

Currency and Pricing

Prices and order totals are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before payment.

Payment Methods

Juneria accepts secure payments through PayPal and major credit and debit cards. Additional digital wallet options may be available at checkout depending on the customer’s device and location.

Secure Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers using encrypted checkout technology. Juneria does not directly store complete card numbers.

Charges and Confirmation

You authorize the complete order total displayed when submitting payment. Purchases are one-time charges unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No standard shipping charge is added to eligible U.S. orders. A confirmation is emailed after checkout, and a pending authorization may appear before final order acceptance.

Failed Payments

If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed. Confirm that billing details match your payment provider’s records or use another method shown at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. Juneria will never request a complete card number by email or phone to issue a refund.
