This policy applies to purchases made directly through Juneria.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
- Email support@juneria.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return.
- Wait for authorization and instructions before mailing anything.
- Send the authorized return using a trackable service.
Please contact us by email. Our customer support team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions. Please do not return any item before contacting our team and receiving authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns or when they selected the wrong item, size, or color. Juneria provides or reimburses reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number, a description, and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days. Most financial institutions post approved refunds within 5–10 business days, although additional bank processing time may apply.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Contact us to request an exchange. To cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins; shipped orders follow the standard return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned. Gift cards, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive goods, and items clearly marked final sale are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
